Billing questions, answered.

Is there really no credit card required to start?

Correct. Sign up, use the platform for 14 days. If you don't enter payment info by day 14, the workspace pauses (your data is preserved). Add a card whenever you're ready.

What does "flat pricing" mean?

You pay one monthly fee per plan, not per user. Pro at $299/mo includes 5 users. Business at $599/mo includes 25. Add seats only when you actually run out — and the upgrade math is simple.

Can I change plans later?

Anytime. Upgrade applies immediately and is prorated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle, so you don't lose what you paid for.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export your full data anytime — CSV, JSON, or SQLite dump. After cancellation, your workspace is read-only for 90 days so you can extract everything. Then permanently deleted.

Do you charge for support?

No. Every plan includes support — the channel and SLA varies by tier (email on Starter, priority chat on Pro, dedicated CSM on Business, 24/7 on Enterprise).

What's the annual discount?

2 months free when you pay annually. Same plans, same features — just a 16.7% effective discount in exchange for the longer commitment.

Can I self-host Stacker Platforms?

Enterprise customers can. We provide a Docker image + setup guide. Your data stays entirely on your infrastructure. Not available on lower tiers.

What about the AI Co-Pilot — who pays for the Claude tokens?

You bring your own Anthropic API key, so you pay Anthropic directly (or we can resell tokens on Enterprise). Your queries never leave your tenant.
